Is your bedding original or is copies of the said brands?
Our bedding is 100% original. Pakistan’s textile industry is considered a pioneer in its field, and exports all over the world. Brands such as Ted Baker, Pottery Barn and Dunelm (just to mention a few) work with the mills here, and we source the export left overs.

Is the material defected?
Even though a lot of defected material is released into the open market by the mills, we however, don’t source it. It is important to highlight that the factories produce more than is required in case, some of it is misprinted or has a defect. If there is nothing wrong with the initial printing, that extra that has been produced is released into the open market via agents in Faisalabad.

Do the sets come with the original tags?
The left overs are released in thaans and are stitched by our vendors. Rarely some sets are released as ready-made sets, and only those do come with their tags. Those however are a rarity.

Are the sizes customizable?
Even though we do follow Pakistani sizing, we do cater to a large number of international clients. For this purpose, we do make sure we give our clients the option to customize the size, since sizes all over the world vary. For this you’ll have to send a direct message on Instagram.

What is the difference between a duvet and comforter?
A duvet cover is like a quilt cover and a comforter has a light filling in it of 150 GSM.

How long does it take to process an order before it is dispatched?
It takes three to four working days to process an order before it is dispatched. For cot sets, baby nests and other baby products it takes up to five to six working days.

How do I place an order?
50% advance is required to confirm an order. The payment can be made through bank transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash and card payments.

Which courier do you use?
At the moment we have partnered with Post Ex who deliver nationwide.

Do you deliver to other countries?
Yes, orders from all over the world are entertained.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If there is an issue with the order please get in touch with us with your order number and a picture on Instagram or email us. The issue will be resolved as soon as possible. You’ll be refunded or a replacement will be dispatched to you. The issue has to be reported within three working days of
receiving the order.
